| It was this great.
In Sosc we had two prospies who might have been having a (heterosexual) prospiemance, and the girl was very eager to participate at the worst possible times, and Robert probably terrified her. We were all rather amused by this since we like him now and since prospies are almost always annoying.
My Vagina Monologues rehearsal was incredibly productive and my monologue no longer feels like the shortest one, which makes me feel better in a very stupid (but very real) way.
Scott's parents came to Ransom Notes rehearsal, and his mom was adorable and complimented every single person. Also, I still love my solo.
I found Arda on my way back from rehearsal and ended up in Coulter for an hour and a half. This visit culminated in a dance party/singalong in Arda's room with me and Adrienne being crazy and everyone else judging us. There was also a horse head on a stick.
Bindu and I went to Molly's BA, which was a beautiful, fascinating, emotionally wrecking experience that I think I will subject myself to again tomorrow night. The concept of the BA (entitled "Psyche's Cherry") was thus: the participant is blindfolded and led into the performance room, where a male actor takes her hand and begins telling her a story of how a girl lost her virginity from the boy's perspective, as if the boy is retelling the experience to the girl he shared it with. you (regardless of your gender) are the girl. he is the boy. you begin by sitting in a chair while the actor speaks to you from a distance, and intimacy slowly increases (he's sitting next to you in a chair; you're both lying on the ground; you're both lying on the ground close to each other; you're both lying on the ground closer to each other; you're spooning; --my fingers are so heavy like overweighted piano keys each song can only be slow and deliberate--you're lying there facing each other; he kisses you on the cheek; you are lying on top of his chest) |
